From scratch to launch and successful customer feedback
Business-driven Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in building and managing businesses, leading teams of up to 16 employees, and conducting negotiations with shopping mall directors, government representatives, and suppliers from China. Expertise in business development, logistics (Belarus–China supply chain), financial analysis, and stakeholder management.
Currently transitioning into IT project/business management. Completing the Google Project Management Certificate (Coursera, Sept 2025) and training in Agile, Scrum, Jira, and Asana. Did I make mistakes? Of course! I fully understand — the only one who never makes mistakes is the one who does nothing and waits for someone else to do it

I know that nobody really wants to work (as one programmer friend once said). But I also know how important it is to keep a team motivated. Without the best and most respectful relationships, a company is unlikely to succeed
My Education and Life Experience
I graduated from the Belarusian Institute of Law with a higher degree in International Law. After that, my journey turned toward business, launching project after project.
As a hobby, I managed a music band of 6-7 people and took part in volunteer work with my friend from the United States, focusing on helping children and organizing the purchase and delivery of gifts (charity).
I engaged with city authorities, wrote letters to the Presidents of the United States, Canada, and Germany, and worked with regulatory bodies in the business sector.
I understand what negotiations, respect, values, and charisma mean — and charisma is something I truly have:)


Languages
Russian — native.
Polish — I understand and speak fluently (of course, there’s always room to grow); still improving my writing, but living and working in Poland every day keeps my level high.
English — Currently at B1–B2, with daily learning and practice aimed at reaching C1 very soon.
What projects have I been involved in?
- Founder & Business Manager — Retail Chain (Mogilev, Belarus) — 2008 – 2012. Built and managed a retail network from scratch (16 employees). Negotiated rental terms with shopping mall directors, supporting proposals with
financial data and traffic analysis. Expanded product range by 60%, launched a loyalty program with 6,000 cards issued, and reduced unsold inventory risk from 15% to 5%
- Sold business to competitors at higher valuation due to established client base and
optimized processes.
- Established logistics chain with suppliers from China; managed certification and customs clearance. Business trip to Canton Fair (Guangzhou, China): identified 3 key manufacturers, partnered with 2 logistics companies, and completed 5 deliveries.
- Representative & Project/Business Manager — Kapitoshka (Minsk, Belarus) — 2006–2010. Opened regional office of Kapitoshka (drinking water & beverages). Leased warehouse and acquired transport; processed 280+ orders per week; issued ~4,000 loyalty cards; reduced delivery time from 3 hours to 1 hour.
- Representative & Project/Business Manager — Autogorod (Minsk, Belarus) — 2012–2014. Opened regional office for Autogorod (import of car parts). Negotiated with suppliers and clients, created and executed a full business plan.
- Consultant - Rolf Trade / Perekrestok Retail Network (Mogilev, Belarus) — 2018. Designed a loyalty improvement program for staff and customers. Negotiated directly with the General Director (Victor Orochko).
- Remote Operations/Business Manager - Retail Stores (Mogilev, Belarus) - 2018–present. Manage 3 retail stores (bags & accessories) remotely from Warsaw. Manage lease agreements, risk, budgeting, taxation, and financial oversight.
Lead negotiations with shopping malls and suppliers. Support recruitment and personnel management. Increased annual revenue by 10%, reduced rental costs by 5%, implemented 2-day delivery, and issued 17,000+ loyalty cards.- Personal initiative: meeting in Minsk (2016) with a representative of the German-Belarusian Economic Club, proposing the establishment of a German-funded road construction company (using exclusively German equipment) to improve road quality in residential areas.
- Founder - Social & Creative Initiatives - 2012, 2018. Proposed social and business projects to the governments of the USA and Canada; received an official response from then Vice President Joseph Biden. Proposed initiatives: reducing homelessness in major cities, traffic congestion relief systems for metropolitan areas, express export solutions, and more.- Submitted project concepts to Big Tech companies:
- Microsoft: suggested adding decorative frames and creative text styles in MS Word.
- Google: proposed Google.Cafe, a global café chain with Google Street View on large screens, promoting Google services and brand history.

I know what true values are
I am a father of three sons, and I know how to put out fires and apply three different approaches to three very different personalities.
For some, children are a burden — for me, they are an inspiration. For some, a wife is an obstacle — for me, she is my greatest ally. These are my values. And most importantly — they never get in the way of my work!
I have no bad habits, I enjoy working with people, and I respect employers who value their employees — because, in the end, results impact the entire company
